Return & Refund Policy
All Sales on Opened Tobacco Products Are Final.
Due to health regulations and the nature of tobacco products, we cannot accept returns on any opened, unsealed, or humidor-stored cigars or tobacco products.
Eligibility for Returns
Unopened products in original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Contact us at info@aficionadoscigars.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation to info@aficionadoscigars.com.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
